For me, it’s the welcoming feeling I get from administrative staff. They know us and they know our dog. It feels like I’m leaving our pet with ‘family’. Walkers Pet Hotail is clean, and the staff is ‘pet friendly’. They love working there and it shows. In all of the years, we’ve used your fantastic kennel, our dogs have never come home to us ill in any way. I especially like the fact that you maintain health records on returning dogs.

“We took our dog to many groomers and kennels before we moved to the area in 2010. Walkers is the only place where our dog actually pulled us to go in. He knew Walkers and couldn’t wait to get inside. We just got a new puppy and are looking forward to taking him to Walkers after he gets a good fecal result from our vet. “We have been customers of Walkers Pet HoTail for several years and Crystal has always been our groomer. Crystal has done an outstanding job for our two pooches. We have an Airedale Terrier and a Yorkshire Terrier, both of which need specialty cuts. She has been very gentle and caring, always for looking for anything that may need checked out by our Vet and letting us know. Crystal cleans their ears, clips their nails and does a great job on their cuts. I would and have recommended her to anyone who is in need of a groomer. She is the best. “I have been taking my 4 dogs to Walkers Pet Hotail for the last two years to be groomed. The eldest of my shi tzu’s has a deformity in her front legs which makes it very uncomfortable and sometimes even painful for her to be groomed. Crystal, my groomer there, takes extra care and time to make sure she is okay. She along with my other three dogs are always happy to go there which says a lot, as any pet owner knows. The grooming is beautiful and the staff is always friendly and personable. I have tried numerous groomers in my area and Walkers outshines them all!
I’m also fortunate enough to have finally found someone I trust to watch my pets while on vacation. Along with my four dogs I have three cats. The care is wonderful and the price is beyond reasonable.

“We recently got our first puppy who requires constant grooming. His coat is curly and thick and his hair grows extremely fast. In addition, he has a pure white coat that shows every spec of dirt. We tried several groomers in the area, but none to my satisfaction. It wasn’t until I started bringing him to Amber at Walkers PetHotail that I found his perfect groomer/stylist, Amber has a very sweet personality and is patient and calm. I know this not only makes me feel better, but I’m sure my Jax feels good in her loving hands. I simply show Amber a picture of what I want for the cut, and she replicates exactly the look I want.
